You may only use each individual digital photo or template on a single website. You must purchase a license for a digital photo, software or template in order to make another project with the same design.

The Designed by jamesfishe.com link must remain intact unless an individual license has been purchased.

MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to a website template to fit your purposes.

UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any digital photo, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind. Distributing a photo image, software, design and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) by any means is forbidden. All rights to the downloaded design and documentation not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved to 'jamesfishe.com'.
